South has opened its season going down in both League matches. The Women were unable to overcome last seasons Runners Up in Austral going down 3-0. There were some good signs as the girls lead had chances in all sets but unable to convert them. The inclusion of London Olympian Nathan Roberts wasn’t enough to get the Men over the line going down to Henley 3-0.

Reserve Men had a close loss losing a player to injury and recovering from 2 sets down to lose in 5 against Austral. Reserve Women had a hard grind in a scrappy game but got the job done coming away with a 3-0 win.

The Div 1 Men started out the season in the way we have all come to expect from them destroying Henley 1 3-0. The Div 1 Women also looked strong in a 3-1 win against USC Lion.
